Credit Pera ("Credit Pera", "We", "Us", or "Our", for brevity) hereby adopts this Privacy Policy in compliance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173, entitled: An Act Protecting Individual Personal Information And Communications Systems In The Government And The Private Sector, Creating For This Purpose A National Privacy Commission, And For Other Purposes, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This Privacy Policy ensures that the personal data gathered from our clients in the course of transactions, and in accordance with the nature of our business, shall remain secured and protected. All names and other information, which relate to Users shall be handled the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant in our dealings with Users. For example, if your account is logged in on another device, we will notify you in our application if there are any transactions occurring. We use a secure third-party cloud service provider (Alicloud), one of the top providers in the world, to store your Personal Data and transaction data. Please note that we may transfer and store the data, including your Personal Data, outside the Philippines. The data may also be processed by our staff or our supplier's staff who operate outside the Philippines under an outsourcing agreement or data sharing agreement. These staff members may assist in fulfilling your requests. By sharing your Personal Data, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of the data.
